Definitely not! Mspas have been making inflatable leisure products for over 20 years. Over 100,000 have been sold, making Mspas the undisputed leader in the industry. The Luxury Exotic models are the 2 flagship models with more features than any other inflatable spa. Just use our comparison chart and it will be obvious that based on value for money, the Luxury Exotic Mspa is the best choice.
Both the large and small models of the Luxury Exotic Mspa plug into one standard power point.
Yes – Unlike any other inflatable spas, the Luxury Exotic Model Mspa is made from extra thick, 3 layer reinforced PVC (similar to Kevlar) – similar that used in many white water rafts. Compared to other inflatable spas (including other Mspa models), the inner walls are 16.5% ticker and the outer walls are over 33% thicker. The patented I-beam structure makes the walls so rigid you can sit on them - try that with other inflatable spas! Many inflatable spas have no outer skirt but the Luxury Exotic Mspa has a double thickness synthetic leather outer.
You don't have to worry about falling branches and sharp objects due the extra thick 3 layer walls and the fact that the bladder is always protected by a second layer (base, sides and top).
This depends on how much you use it, how long you use it for, what temperature you heat the spa to, the location etc. The thing we can say for sure is that there is no inflatable spa that is more economical than Luxury Exotic Series Mspas due to the under-spa high density foam base, dual layer padded floor and cushions, extra thickness double layer sides and two stage lid with inflatable top and reflective zip on cover.
The Luxury Exotic Mspa comes in two sizes. The B151 has an outer diameter of 2.04m and the B131 has an outer diameter of 1.8m. Both units are 700mm high.
The compact model (B131) holds 800 litres while the larger model (B151) holds 1200 litres.
While the spa is only 700mm high, the seating position (directly on a soft padded floor) means you will be about the same depth in an Mspa as a normal spa.
This depends on how well they are looked after but they will normally last 12 months.

Yes, when you buy an Mspa from Mspa Direct you receive a FREE extended warranty on your spa. That means a full 12 month warranty on the whole spa. Other Mspas and inflatable spas are covered for 12 months on the electrics only and only offer 6 months on the spa pool. Your spa can be repaired or replaced by us by returning it to us or we can send the parts to you.
Mspas are specially designed so they can be set up and packed down in a very short period of time. Anyone can set one up - it should take around 10 minutes.
Yes – at a friends party, under the patio, even inside as long as the surface is hard and relatively flat. If it is going onto a deck it is best to get advice from a builder or structural engineer. As our model comes with a high density foam mat, (others come with nothing or at best a sheet of bubble wrap) your Mspa Luxury Exotic can be placed on surfaces that are slightly uneven (i.e pavers or grass).
Yes. Unlike cheap inflatable spas, the Luxury Exotic series is fully weatherproof and UV treated. They have a number of features that make them especially suitable for permanent set up. Our spa comes with a high density foam base that stops heat loss and creates a barrier between the ground and the spa. The double layer base is padded for further insulation on the base of the spa. The spa itself is made from the thickest material of any inflatable spa - it is UV treated and is super strong. The thick skirt adds further protection as well as an extra layer of insulation. When not in use the spa is completely sealed from the environment and double insulated, with an inflatable lid PLUS foil lined, zip-on cover that stops heat loss. The equipment is built into the wall of the spa so it is not exposed to the weather and the spa has an automatic heat management and filtration function so your spa is always clean, hot and ready to use at any time (with the help of spa sanitiser).
Initial heat up is 1.5 – 2 degrees per hour (which can be sped up by adding hot water).
Once heated, you can select your required temperature and the control system maintains that temperature at all times. You'll be glad about the extra insulation on the Luxury Exotic models which will allow you to afford to keep your spa heated and ready to use at any time.
Simple. Drain the water, undo the valve and deflate the spa and pack it up in the draw string bag that it comes in. They only weight around 40Kg so can be taken anywhere you want and set up in about 5 minutes using the pump to inflate itself.
Unplug the inbuilt floor level drain valve and use the hose supplied to direct the water where you want it.
The pump that makes the bubbles in the spa is also used to blow the spa up in around 3 minutes. Just attach the inflation hose to the control panel and attach it to the inflation valve on the spa. There is even a gauge to tell you when it is ready - then fill it with water and enjoy!
The smaller model (B131) fits up to 4 people and the larger model (B151) can fit 4-6 people comfortably. Our B151 model is the largest inflatable spa on the market and holds 50% more than other large inflatable spas.
Just call our dedicated service team – we hold all parts in stock. We can send parts to you or you can send the spa to us. If it is during the warranty period then we will take care of it.
